On April 17 members of the Stanley Bridge Memorial Society spent several hours clearing out damaged and surplus items from the former Stanley Bridge United Church to prepare the building for extensive renovations, which include work necessary to host a regular farmer’s market, beginning in July. Many of the items were taken by truck to the nearby Waste Watch recycling facility for disposal.
